All sales at Holy Soles are considered final. However, we stand behind our products 100%. Holy Soles manufactured items can be returned for any reason, in original condition, for a full refund within 30 days. After 30 days, items can be returned in original condition for store credit or trade. Please note that all vintage sales are final. Remember, we’re a small business that needs to resell items, so please don't send back anything with significant damage such as cigarette burns or ketchup stains. We aim to do the right thing and hope you will too!

Please note that sale items and international orders cannot be returned or exchanged. For returns and exchanges, a $7.00 fee will be applied to cover the cost of our free shipping service.
